Communicative regulation regime and media approach mechanisms to political actors: proposed dimensions for analysis
AbstractThis paper proposes some dimensions to analyze conditioning of communicative regulation regime to media approach mechanisms to political actors as reference objects. We attend to theoretical and conceptual proposals from the perspective of the Critical Political Economy of Communication and the area of the Sociology of News Production, specifically the analysis of the social organization of journalism. We also defend the integrative dimension of structural positioning. This is a fundamental contribution to understand the complex links between the social organization of journalism and the communicative regulation regime as part of the social conditions of possibility of symbolic orientation of medias in the public sphere.
